Coercive Control Resources
Here you can find our new resources for the No Blame No Shame Campaign, including our Coercive Control in fraud and scams video, our Self Care Information Leaflet and our Language Best Practice Guide, as well as our new Practitioner Toolkit.
If you'd like to share our campaign on social media, you can find our campaign pack under the Extra Resources section.
Being a victim of a fraud or scam can make you feel isolated, embarrassed, sad or angry. This self-care information leaflet is a tool to help you with you day to day thoughts and feelings and positively change your mindset.
Here is the language we should and shouldn't use when talking to or about victims of fraud. The more we use this correct language, the more we can shift the blame from the victim to the criminals.
This toolkit will give you the tools to support victims of fraud and scams. The toolkit will:
- Help you understand what a victim of fraud or scam may be going through
- Help you develop techniques to support fraud and scam victims
- Give you examples of what to say and, just as importantly, what not to say to victims
Click here or on the photo to the left to download the toolkit.
